My name is Yuliya Dzyuba, Retail Concept Strategist, EBRD International Retail Adviser,
Founder of DZYUBA Retail Atelier, and Author of the Lovestore philosophy.
With 23 years of experience in marketing and retail leadership, I have led large-scale transformation within one of Eastern Europe’s most innovative supermarket chains, managing the visual strategy of 250 stores and delivering 105 rebrandings, 35 discounters, premium formats, and 89 new supermarket openings. Five of these stores were recognized among TOP Europe’s Finest Innovative Designer Supermarkets by ESM.

Across my career, I have developed over 80 retail concepts and 27 food and shop-in-shop formats through my personal portfolio and DZYUBA Retail Atelier projects across Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and the UAE. My expertise integrates strategy, brand positioning, operations, customer journey planning, and spatial design into commercially effective retail concepts. Through keynotes, panels, articles, and executive trainings, I translate real retail transformation into practical frameworks, helping international retailers build competitive, emotionally engaging Lovestores.
