Smako, a food manufacturer-turned-retailer with a bold vision: to make people fall in love with ready-made food. Smako produces meat, meat delicacies, confectionery and frozen dishes in our own factory. Frozen dishes are crafted with unique recipes and packed in premium, story-driven packaging. Not our average convenience food — these are chef-level meals, frozen at their peak, designed to be finished at home and enjoyed like a little feast. We helped shape this transformation by creating Smako’s brand and visual identity, which now defines not only the packaging but the entire store experience. From naming and storytelling to space design — everything is built around the idea of honest, emotional connection with food. What’s fascinating is this role reversal: a food producer becoming a retailer, using the retail space to amplify the values of our product. It’s not just selling food. It’s building trust.
